ひさしぶりに、モンブランいただきました。オ・タンプル・ドゥ・グゥのモンブランです。底がメレンゲで、ラムのちょっと入った生クリームに栗で、渋皮煮です。栗のクリームの部分があっさりで、食べやすいのですが、メレンゲが時間たつとしとってきてしまうみたいで、ぼろぼろっってなっていました。ちょっと残念。こちらのモンブランをいただくと、秋になったなーって思うのよね。ってことはないです。神戸阪急で苦戦しているのかなー。
